Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Gift Collection price include delivery?

There is a separate delivery cost for the delivery of the gift collection. Please see our Delivery page for more information.

Can I order several Gift Collections to go to the same address?

Yes. There are occasions such as Christmas when you may wish to purchase several gift collections to be delivered to the one address. Please see our Delivery page for more information.

If a product is damaged during transit what will occur?

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions under Faulty/Damaged Products for more information.

Can deliveries be made overseas?

Dorology only delivers Australia-wide (metropolitan and regional areas) at this stage. We do deliver within Australia when customers order and purchase from our website who live overseas.

Do all the prices include GST?

All Dorology gift collections include GST.

Can I order for a specific date?

Selecting a specific delivery date is not possible at this stage. Please see our Delivery page for more information.

How do I make an order for a Gift Collection?

Ordering a Gift Collection for someone couldn’t be easier, just follow the steps below:

1. Find a gift collection that you would like to purchase for them by visiting the Gift Shop and browse through the different gift collections or using the categories to browse through.
2. Click the gold “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.
3. Click the white “View my Cart” button or the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner to view or edit the contents of your shopping cart.
4. Once your are ready to order your gift collection(s), click the “Checkout” button.
5. Enter your details and the recipient’s delivery address, enter your gift message, and select your payment method.
Don’t forget to check the box to indicate that this is a gift so that we don’t send your receipt to the recipient.
6. Enter your email address and password to create a new account.
7. Review the terms and conditions, and check the box once you are done.
8. Finally, click the gold “Place Order” button and your order will be submitted for processing. You will also receive an order confirmation email.

How do I order multiple gift collection orders?

Ordering multiple Gift Collections can be completed in a few steps:

1. Find all the gift collections that you would like to purchase by visiting the Gift Shop and browse through the different gift collections or using the categories to browse through.
2. Click the gold “Add to Cart” button to add each item to your shopping cart.
3. Once you have selected all of your gift collections, click the white “View my Cart” button or the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner to view or edit the contents of your shopping cart.
4. Once your are ready to order your gift collections, click the “Checkout” button.
5. Enter your details.
6. Enter your email address and password to create a new account. Or, login if you are an existing member.
7. Click the gold “Multiple Address” button, add each address and allocate an address to each gift collection you are purchasing. Once complete, click “Save”.
8. Scroll down to shipping, and enter your gift message for each recipient.
Don’t forget to check the box to indicate that this is a gift so that we don’t send your receipt to the recipient.
9. Select your payment method.
10. Review the terms and conditions, and check the box once you are done.
11. Finally, click the gold “Place Order” button and your order will be submitted for processing. You will also receive an order confirmation email.

What is the process for large orders such as certain occasions or Corporate Gifts?

We certainly would love to assist you personally as best we can for larger orders. Please email us on info@dorology.com.au to make your enquiry and we will attend to it right away.

Will I get a Tax receipt payment confirmation and shipping information once I place my order?

Once an order is placed you will be emailed a Tax receipt detailing your order and a confirmation of payment. Payments are made through eWay or PayPal and will be sent in a separate email. Once your gift collection has been beautifully packaged and shipped, you will be sent a separate email containing a link with the tracking details where you can track your delivery online.

Are my details secure when ordering online at Dorology?

Yes. We use eWay solutions, PayPal and Commonwealth Bank for the safety they provide. Please refer to our Privacy and Security Policy for how we handle all your other information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

At Dorology we use eWay solutions for major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa. We also offer payment via PayPal.

Does the packaging and a gift card come with the gift?

Yes. We provide beautiful packaging complimentary for each gift collection, along with a gift card where you can include a personal message to the gift recipient when you place an order. Note that you can choose the colour of your ribbon during the gift purchase process for that personal touch. If no selection is made by you, we will use our black and gold signature gift packaging. Am I able to select a time for delivery?

Selecting a preferred delivery time is not possible at this stage. If the gift recipient is not home a calling card will be left for the recipient to arrange another delivery time. If you have instructed us that it is ok to leave the gift in a safe place, then we will do so at the time of delivery. Please refer to our Delivery page for more information.

What if I supply the wrong delivery address?

If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the gift package, then we accept no responsibility for the error. If we need to redeliver to another address there will be a new delivery charge applicable.

If you notice your error prior to us sending your order, please contact us using our Contact Form and we can update the address prior to sending.

What if the gift recipient is not home for Delivery?

A calling card will be left for the gift recipient to contact the delivery company to arrange a new suitable delivery date. If you have instructed us that it is ok to leave the gift in a safe place, then we will do so. Please refer to our Delivery page for more information.

Can I make my own gift package?

Not at this stage but you will be able to shortly.

What happens if my gift recipient doesn't like my gift or if I change my mind on the gift I purchased?

What happens if my gift package goes missing?

You will always know where your gift package is at any time as we send you an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

It is very easy to track your gift package. Just visit the online tracking tool and enter the tracking number and click search. Please see our Delivery page for more information or contact us via our Contact Form to make your enquiry and we will attend to it right away.
